Lawnchair Racing

question:
Since we will be bringing our young pups with us this year to the races, 
will there be a junior lawn chair division? be careful now, our oldest is a boy 
scout and a sop box derby racer and the younger can build a mean Lego Healey..!
or do they need a valid drivers license?
