Brake Pads

An enquiry from a long time lurker here.  I'm wanting to put new pads on 
the 1275 Midget race car that we have, and on our 'B' race car.  We've been 
using Hawk, race compound.  Does anyone have any comments on these, or any 
other suggestions.  My supplier of Hawk is no longer in business, and I 
need to find another supplier - any suggestions - anyone?
