Determine if it's the tie rod or the tie rod and.Neither are too hard to
tackle.   The frightening part of both tie rods ball socket end and tie rod
ends ball socket is they wear so far and then can literally with the right pot
hole or road irregularity these can pop apart due to the impact.   It's best
advised to determine which part is the one that has play in it and get one
ordered.   If it's the tie rod itself do yourself a favor and order a rack
boot to go with the job.   There is nothing more frustrating than expecting
to just replace the tie rod...and find the boot is full of cracks you were
unaware of or even worse.....you damage the boot and need to order 1 and wait
for it to arrive...Been there , done that.....learned through torture to check
3 times and order once...ChuckSent from my LG Mobile
