If you go to the ER make sure you go in an ambulance.  Otherwise you may die
waiting to see the DR.

Take a sharp marker or pen and mark on your arm where the redness ends and
make a note of the time.  Check it in about 4 hours and make another mark. 
If
it's moving fast get to the ER.
