For drilling it sounds like you need a drill press and appropriately
sized drill bits. For really small bits you might need a different chuck.
I went to that website and looked at some of the photos. The robots are
bigger than I expected, and look similar to the robots that my high
school students build for B.E.S.T. robotics competition. We get motors
that use 1/4" diameter shafts.
