Take TWO [2] pieces of the proposed material [could be of any size] and using your silicrap glue together. In one place [I would use a glass pipette or glass eye-dropper] and put a couple drops of fluid FROM a battery AND some FRESH battery on the 'joint'. Re-visit the piece as needed over a week or so. Methinks the "experiment" with be self-explanatory !?! 'Course I am NOT a teacher [Certified or otherwise]. Ed PS: Has THINKING 'died' with out current "teachers"??
