Which master cylinder??? If separate masters for brakes and clutch then:
I had the same symptoms several times after replacing the clutch master and
slave. I'd bet he hasn't got it all the way bled yet. Have him try using a
pressure bleeder. It took me about a dozen attempts to finally get mine
bled. I finally had to use a pressure bleeder. It is a cast iron B*tch!!
I don't know if the dual master set-up on bugeyes does this or not.
