Bore sighting will get you very close.  You don't have to invest in
the tools, though.  You may find a good gunsmith that will bore sight
it for you for little or nothing.
Most rifle/scope combos will get you on paper if you just install the
scope, if not at 100 then start at 25 or 50 and adjust to an inch or
so low at the shorter ranges.
