Except the UK models without the smog pump had an aluminium alloy rather  
than cast iron housing that more people ought to retro fit on account of the  
smog casting having a redundant bracket.  In fact there is one part number  and

castings for the aluminium crossflow housing which is a good reason all  your 
concours types ought to read this stuff in tuning books.

pump mounted on the ear of the  T-stat housing so they had to point it the
other way. They went to the  crossflow radiator then too.
