If you need to figure this out on your own sometime, remember that freezing
to boiling is 32 to 212 degrees F and 0 to 100 degrees C. 212 minus 32 is
180 degrees, so 180 F degrees are 100 C degrees, or 18 are 10, or 9 are 5.
Then you must add or subtract 32 for the different zero point.
