My 2nd car was a new 1987 MR2, probably the best all
around car I've ever owned. First was a 78 MGB, I
loved it (I was too young to know about RB and CB
cars, and I'm glad I was), but REALLY wanted a silver
Alfa Spider that we drove would only make power over
5000 RPM, guy wanted $700, my Dad (17 years today,
rest his soul) smartly talked me out of it. I
inherited a lot of Dad's traits, but not his common
sense, so I've got a silver Alfa Spider coming later
this week. Of course, it has Shankle cams, so it
should make power nicely above 5000 RPM....
