I think Autozone carries Clevite "Plastigage", spelled differently, but
essentially the same.
1275 rod and main bearing clearance should be 0.0010 to 0.0025.  You can get
different plastigages to measure different ranges of clearance.

Did you install new rings?  Break the ridge?  Hone the cylinders?  Oil rings
before asselmbly?
