Universal Tire sells brand new Dunlop Gold Seal bias plys in the US, but
only in blackwalls for our size.  The choices for wide whitewalls are very
limited: 1. Firestone (Coker) bias plys or 
2. Firestone (se) or Cooper (alpha) radials from Diamondback.  That's it as
far as I know if you want 2" wide whites.
