No matter how many cars are involved in a series of rear-enders, tail end Charlie is the one stuck without anyone to sue and who will be the one cited! Whether we like it or not, no matter how stupid a driver might have acted, anyone who rear ends him is the guilty party! But all of this has nothing to do with Spridgets!
