Yep, reminds me of a night one summer north of Austin on I-35 when cars
stopped under the overpass to avoid the hail storm and blocked all the lanes
southbound. Stopping 80,000 lbs of truck on ice is lots of fun.
Truckers love cars that stop in the middle of the road.
