Normal is 0.012, cold with standard cam
If it is a "hot" cam then 0.016
If you want to be cautious, do them at 0.016 and then when things have
settled down re-torque the head and re-set to factory spec.
Warning, if they are very loose it is possible for the push rod to bounce
out of the rocker ball / cup. Unlikely, but possible.
