My condolences. Dying a sudden, tragic, and senseless death such as this is
always very difficult for family and friends to cope with. I've lost several
friends in auto accidents and know first hand how troubling it can be.
Please understand that my comments that follow are meant to be of a
philosophical nature.
My wife is very concerned about the safety of my Midget (and rightfully so).
I have always thought that when my time on this earth is over, that God will
take me in a fashion that is appropriate to how I have lived my life. Like
the cliche "He died doing what he loved to do". Therefore, I may die in my
Midget, but it will be in the middle of a perfect drive on a lonely country
road. I believe your friend was robbed. If he was supposed to die in his
TR7, it would not have been sitting still in traffic.
Again, I am truly sorry.
