Clutch problem is still a mystery. I had a leak in the system somewhere, so
I had to continually add fluid. Waited too long one day to add fluid and had
to bleed the clutch slave. Never could get a pedal. i had been wanting to
replace the clutch master and slave anyway, so I took the opportunity at
this time to do so. Still no clutch pedal. I noticed however that the slave
pin was fully extended. I removed the clevis pin and could move the clutch
fork back and forth with no resistance. Decided it must be a bad throw out
bearing. Pulled engine and tranny tonight and pressure plate, throw out
bearing (I'm going to take this opportunuity to upgrade to a bearing type),
clutch fork, and plates all look good as far as I can tell. Any way to test
these units before I put it all back in and g=have the same problem?
