For those that inquired, Paul A's kit is very inexpensive and is NOT a new seal. It is a set of instructions and the JB Weld and carbon spray required to restore the original scroll seal to better than new tolerances. If the source of excessive backpressure is not fixed I doubt it will save the day. I've heard that is also true of the aftermarket lip seals.
