Yea Kevin et al. did a fantastic job. Still think the answer to the
caution sign shoulda been that white paper plate!!
Allen is way too humble!!! He got first - although the timers were his. I
smell a fix ;-)
I went home with the Broken Axle Award!! Supposed to be for the
participant that broke down. Nobody really broke down on the entire 85
mile (well it was supposed to be 85 miles Theresa and I went 96). The
starter in the Midget jammed at the end of the Rally. Frank C. gave me a
shove backwards in 4th and it was free. That was the closest to a
breakdown that occured. So I got the Broken Axle. I am glad, never had
one before ;-) (crossing fingers, knocking on wood).
We ran Allen off right ater the prizes were given so he missed the pizza.
The remainders went to an amusement park today, and what did we get
today??? Back to the same old rain, rain, rain we have had for the last
week!!
We had a great time and again THANKS KEVIN!!!!
Larry
PS were those kids in the park friends of yours??
PPS Frank, How in the he!! did you ever manage to only go 68 miles?????
