release bearing(throwout bearing)

I wondering if any one has tried the roller release bearing for the clutch 
from minimania? I have a 73 midget with the engine and trans out on the floor 
at this time, so now is the time. Any thoughts appreciated. 

on a side note my restoration project is comming along quite nice. I posted 
some notes quite some time ago on structural questions. I ended up putting a 
good front half and a good rear half together. a chore  but very nice.
