There is no mileage limit stated in the PA Code. You can check ALL of PAs
laws on line at: http://www.pacode.com/index.html
There is a lot there, so plan on spending a few hours.
BTW, I have Classic Car tags for cars over 15 years old. Classic and
Antique tags are $75.00 now, and it is still a one time fee, plus the
$22.50 title fee.
Usage is stated as, "Permitted use shall be limited to participation in
club activities, exhibits, tours, parades, occasional transportation and
similar uses. Occasional transportation and similar uses is defined as
one day per week." That is from Form MV-11 which is used for
registering Classic and Antique vehicles. It seems to me that if you
have a club activity on Saturday and an "occasional transportation" use
on Sunday, you should be able to get away with it. "Occasional
transportation" is the only one restricted to "one day per week." Just
don't drive to the market every day in it.
