Spridgeteers, The 1275 in my Mk3 Sprite came with a vented oil filler cap and no PCV system (i.e., no tube from the front separator/breather on the timing chain cover, no valve sitting on top of the intake manifold). I've now added a cobbled PVC system and was wondering if I need to switch to a non-vented oil filler cap. That is, what did the 1275 egnines with PVC valves connected to the middle of the intake manifold have: vented or unvented caps? TIA, Jeff Jeffrey H.
