Ulix: I meant my comment to you as a bit of humor... Must agree with Jim G, though. Buy and fix up for pleasure, not for resale. The calculation of what you put in should not be centered on what you expect to get out of it. To restate, for the original questioner, You can ask any price, but it is only really worth what someone is willing to pay. Again, get enjoyment out of it. Doug |
