Ulix,

Don't know if I should mention this, but....There's a place in Goleta, CA
("nameless here, forevermore,")that lists :
Handbrake Cable Assy, disk wheels, short #331-670 $24.95
Handbrake Cable Assy, wire wheels, long #331-680 $16.95
Both for "1500 from (c) 182000"
They also list some other stuff like Clevis pins and grease nipples but I
figured you won't need them.

Please note that I am in NO WAY endorsing their product as I have never
purchased any thing from them, only letting you know that somebody sells the
cable that you seem to need, so other suppliers must have it also.

Hal

My car has the rear end out of a '79 Midget. The hand brake setup was
changed for these later cars. Instead of a bar going to each brake, there
is only one bar, the cable inself connects to the other side. The cable I
have is extremely hard to move and I failed in trying to make it move
easier.
Does anyone have a good one and wants to sell it?
Or does anyone have a source for this cable? I didn't see it listed in
the catalogs.

Thanks,
