Mike

The MGB caliper is not much heavier than the Spridget caliper but the
Spitfire rotor is. I don't have a scale so can't tell you exactly how much.
Maybe a pound or two. I'm using a stock type stub axle but with a hardened
steel axle welded in, as sold by Winner's Circle, Mini Mania, and others.
The adapter does act as a spacer so the track is wider but off the top of my
head I can't say how much. The first chance I get I will measure it and post
a note to the list.
