DGAV Installation

Getting ready to reinstall my DGAV.  I am not certain I have retained all
the parts.  As I recall it mounts directly to the canon manifold, is that
correct?

Also, if anyone can point me to some good pics of a proper installation,
I'd appreciate it.  I have some of mine before disassembly, but it was not
set up right when I got the car, caused several problems.
