Jeff, 86&85 are the windings (connect a 9V battery to each terminal; it should click) 87&30 are the contacts 87a is not necessary for Triumph application (it disconnects continuity between pin30 when windings are activated) 86&85 are connected to white and yellow/green, 87&30 are connected to brown and yellow/purple.
