Joe- the sketched one on ebay looks an awful lot like the TSSC model I have-

Joe... no this is NOT a true 'Churchill version.
The Churchill unit is a round bodied device (like a top hat)
with an ear off the side to insert a 'stop rod'
in to use as a handle to counter the torque is used
'on the car' rather than axle off the car.

This unit I believe is designed for a Lotus (same
bolt circle and center hub size) and the metal
is MUCH heavier. I have one of this style
puller. (as well as another)

You can mount the axle in the puller, then
put the puller in the jaws of a bench vise,
eliminating the need to torque the axle shaft (axle
in the vise) when trying to turn the screw.
The screw threads in the main body are a replaceable
hub, inside the main body. Quite heavy duty.
