Has anyone ever converted over to an electronic
tach (doing away with the cable driven tach)
on a GT6 . I assume the TR6 was similar in '73.
As an electronics engineer for the last 26 years
I know a 4 cyl Spit tach could easily be converted
to work. I'd just like to know if anyone else has
ever done it (why re-invent the wheel) ...
or if there's a later model 6 tach I can use that
would still visually match the speedo
