Thanks to all who responded to my cry for a replacement drive shaft. I
found a great example local (within 200 miles) and since I was in a bit
of a hurry to get back on the road, I got it. Matthews Foreign Car Parts
(www.mfcp.com) in Birmingham (that's Alabama) had 6 or 8 to choose from.
Thanks again. This list is a lifesaver. I don't think I would have the
courage to drive a Spit without you!
