I had a adapter on my GT6+ and found that I had to
remove the adapter
to take
the filter off! I went back to the original cartrige
set up.

I saw a GT6 with a remote oil filter mounted just in
front of the engine. The owner was in the Tyee
Triumph club in WA. I think he said the setup was on
the car when he got it. I sure would like to find an
adapter plate for a remote filter like that. Sigh.
