Re the PRI wheels,
check the line at the top of the price list:
.... all prices include hubs and adaptors ...
At $1100-1350 a set, these are likely not flying out
the door! All of the PRI stuff looks very well made
though.
Regarding strength concerns about hub adaptors, the
properly designed and built units are approved for use
on racing stock cars in some classes. These cars weigh
over 3,000 lbs, develop 450+ HP, and run racing tires
on banked oval tracks. The adaptors have proven
reliable in these service conditions.
AFAIK, the Grassroots Motorsports Rotary Spitfire used
custom drilled Kosei wheels, available through the
Tire Rack. (NFI, etc.)
