Hello Fellow Spitfire owner,

As a courtesy, I just wanted to let you know where you can find plans to
easily build your own Spitifre glovebox, very close (or even exact if you
want) to the AMCO glovebox that's over $80 in bidding at eBay. In just a
couple of hours with some simple hand tools, a piece of plywood and crinkle
paint, you can build one virtually identical -- and for much less money. The
original was in fact, made of plywood. Of course, if you're a total
stickler for originality, you might think it's worth the money. But I see
it as an expensive piece of plywood

Total cost to make your own? About fifteen bucks. Hope this helps!
