Rimmers shipping

Hi All

Has anybody used Rimmers since they announced their exclusive use of DHL as
their overseas carriers? (Since end of July 2000)  Rimmers make some pretty
good claims on their site (http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk:80/dhl.html), ie: 2
days delivery to the US, door-to-door delivery.  Anybody actually had this
happen?  What about customs?
