Pat I agree with that as far the century and millenium but the naughts
began last Sat morn. like the 90s and 80s and all the others, they begin
with the first year of the counting of the second from the left digit. 
the ninties didn't begin in 1991 and end at the end of 2000, they began in
1990 and ended with 1999,

by the way all, this is suppose to be the first leap century in four
hundred years. Pipe that in yur smoke and stick it.
