I got my alternator rebuild a few years back locally. They replaced
the brushes, diode pack, regulator. and bearings. That was done in
a few hours so I think they must of had the parts on hand. You might
want to try alternator rebuild shops in your area for these parts.
They might be original Lucas parts but I've had no trouble with my
rebuild alternator so far.
I don't know how much help this would be but the people who rebuild my
