Mike,

Sue is sending me a set of patterns she took from her RHD set, and I'm
planning to make a set of flat-pattern layout drawings that anyone could
take to a commercial sheet-metal shop for a set of aluminum boxes. They
could also be used to make original-style card boxes. I never did actually
get any measurements from anyone... Sorry no ETA for the drawings yet.

I can send you an electronic copy of the drawings when I'm done, or if you
ask Sue real nice, and promise to send her a keychain for her collection,
she'll probably make a set of traced patterns for you.
