I used a spot-weld cutter from Eastwood (www.eastwoodco.com) and
managed to cut all the welds with only one or two cuts of non-welded
metal. I then used my angle grinder to grind everything flat, and am
trying to get my nerve up for trying to plug-weld my new box in.
