clean your fuse box contacts...
all of these are on one ckt.
use a piece of 'scotch bright' scrubby pad to clean
the tarnish off of the clips
...bet ya' dollars to donuts.. that's all it is.
I just bought a '78. When going over the car with the PO
as I was buying it..we noticed the same lights didn't work
just spinning the fuses (rotating them in place)
they all came back on.
