Spitfriends,

McCoy Reed wrote to this list yesterday looking for a hazard switch
for his late model Spit. I offered the advice that his present
switch might be useable with some "exercise". As it turns out,
his switch is in pieces and NOT repairable. If anyone has this part,
he is still looking. <mccoy@moonflower.uark.edu>

FWIW I took my own advice and tried my hazard switch on the car that
has been laid up for the winter. On first actuation the lights
didn't come on at all. On the second try, the left indicators flashed.
It took 7 more on/off actions to get the right side to illuminate.
The Lucas ritual dance may have helped too ;-)
