Explain"?? You need that attitude for VOD posts. Although, you are
correct..the music died in 1995!!
Ian did a great VOD post with these words (which sound like something that I
could have written):
"I personally find any car with an automatic transmission undesirable. If
the SHO were automatic only, I wouldn't own one anymore. I hope that I'll
never own another FWD car again.
But yeah, I agree with Paul. A performance oriented engine mated to an auto
transmission (especially one as weak, heavy and poorly geared as the SHO's)
seems counter intuitive.

In playing VOD, I agree, and if the SHO came out as an ATX in '89, I never
would have bought one. it would have merely been a Ford version of the SSEi,
except n/a, with DOHCs, without near the bottom-end torque.

Interesting comments about the ATX from someone who has never owned a MTX
SHO before. How many years did you own that 93 ATX?
