I have one. I've only ever needed to use it with the "Car Scanner"
Android app to diagnose a O2 sensor problem but it was kind of neat to
let it run while driving and monitoring the various sensors. Later I
upgraded my stereo head unit to a Kenwood unit that has a permanent ODB2
connection and has a built-in "Gauges" app that shows real-time info for
things like engine load % and transmission fluid temp.
