If you run it in the electrical conduit you'll get interference so don't
do that.

You can bury it with the right cable, a foot or two away.

But the right way to do it is in a low voltage conduit (again a foot or
two away) with 2 Cat 6 ethernet, 2 POTS (telephone) and 2 coax cables,
just so you'll never want for more cables. And run a pull string for when
you do :-)
