You may not have "cured" the PC fully, it does depend on the
powder so verify with your brand of powder, most powders you can test
with MEK, if it comes off onto a rag with MEK on it, its not cured
yet. I love PC, I have not painted anything in about 4 years now. I
use several brands, mostly Eastwood but others as well and they
should not be harmed by things like brake fluid, etc.
