Thanks for all the quick replies!
I checked the date- and it said "use by: 10/03". My fault for not
looking first- but I didn't realize that the stuff was more age
sensitive than other glues/sealants.
Since I only used it in a small area, the plan is to just scrape it
all out, degrease it again, and apply brand new caulk (DAP this time).
I also threw away all the rest of the silicone I had stashed away from
old jobs. I'll just buy new every time (and check the date...)!
