I would drain the oil, clean the area up real well with a wire brush and 
sandpaper, then wipe it down with acetone or lacquer thinner and patch it 
with JB Weld.  I fixed a hole in my dad's '72 Chevy wagon gas tank like 
that years ago.  DON'T use JB Quick.  Use the regular stuff.
