What do you want to do? I've used an old bicycle inner tube to test radiators & 
heater cores. I cut the tube, attached it to the item in question then added 
air pressure via the tube's valve stem. If it holds air for a while its 
probably OK. If it won't hold pressure, I dunk the item and look for tell tale 
bubbles.
