Eric,

I have a Kenmore/Whirlpool and I consider the pressure to be "pretty low"
too. I think it is normal, due to the filter in the system. The Kenmore
came with a filter that is supposed to remove cysts. That's nice, but if I
have cysts in my water I've got bigger problems than the fridge can
solve. Whirlpool makes two filters. The one without this cyst removing
capability seems to flow a little faster, but it may be my
imagination. Also, the cyst removing one is $40! The other one is
$30. These are the list prices. I found them a lot cheaper at
http://www.waterfiltermart.com/, especially if you buy six or more at a
time. Hope that answers your question, and a couple you didn't ask yet.
