Consumer Reports rated cordless drills a month or three ago.  I can't 
find the issue right now, but one of the sears 18ish volt drills was 
highly rated, another wasn't so.  I can't find the issue to look up 
the numbers, but as I recall it was the cheaper one that was rated 
better.
